Zdania używające "being" to przykłady użycia czasu Present Continuous w stronie biernej, np.

The waiter is serving me. → I'm being served. = Jestem obsługiwany.

Natomiast, moim zdaniem, zdania takie jak "I am treated by the doctor." nie są poprawne gramatycznie w podanej formie.
