Is it possible to leave home in time for the bus and not get stressed? Yes! In fact, it's quite easy.
Just imagine: You packed your handbag the day before with your documents, purse, keys and all other necessary items. Now you're setting the alarm clock fifteen minutes earlier than usual. In the morning, you're not hurrying with your breakfast. You're sitting at the table and enjoying your morning cup of coffee. You're not looking at your watch every five seconds either. This helps you to stay calm and relaxed. After a peaceful morning you're feeling good all day long. Even the big problems seem smaller. As a result, you're happier, healthier and smiling a lot more. You're changing for the better.
This doesn't have to be just a dream. You, too, can have an amazing life like this. All you have to do is remember one thing: Get everything done ahead of time, and your morning stress will simply disappear.
